Information you choose to send

The enquiry form collects your contact details, product references, estimated quantity, destination and project requirements. Optional specifications and reference images or PDFs are included when supplied. Send only material you have permission to share; avoid payment details, passwords or unrelated personal information.

Use and storage

Submitted enquiries and files are stored in a private directory on the website hosting server for project review, sampling, quotation and follow-up. They are not published in the website gallery. Authorized business operators access the enquiry records. When email notification is enabled, the configured mail provider processes the enquiry notification, including attachment names. Reference files remain in private server storage.

References and confidentiality

Reference files are used to discuss the project you describe. Uploading a file does not grant permission to display it as a public client case. Agree any project-specific NDA, design ownership and document-sharing restrictions with the business before sending sensitive designs.

Retail orders and delivery details

When you save a retail order request, the website stores the items, quantities, name, contact information and delivery address you supply in private server storage. These details are used to review the request, estimate delivery, process an available payment and support the order. An order reference is not proof of payment. Your private order link gives access to the order details: keep it private and share it only with someone you authorize.

The shopping bag stores product references and quantities in your browser. The order page may keep its private access token in the current browser tab so that you can return from payment. Your name, email and delivery address are not saved to browser local storage or session storage.

Payments and messages you choose to open

Available card payments are handled on Stripe's hosted payment page. FUXING stores payment references and status, and does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Stripe processes information under its privacy policy.

WhatsApp and Gmail buttons prepare an order summary for you to review and send. You can choose whether to include your contact and delivery details in that message and view the prepared text before opening the app. The private access token is never included. The buttons do not automatically send a message. If you choose to use one of these services, its provider processes the information you send under its own privacy policy. Opening a draft does not confirm that the business received a message.

Browser and campaign context

The product shortlist stores model references in session storage. The website also records limited landing-page, referrer and campaign information for the current browser session and includes it with your enquiry. Form contact details are not stored in browser session storage. This package has no connected advertising pixel or third-party analytics service.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Records are kept for enquiry handling and the relevant business records. A fixed automatic deletion schedule is not offered here. To request a correction or removal, contact the business and quote your enquiry reference; applicable business record requirements may affect what can be removed.

Receipt and follow-up

A reference number confirms that the website server accepted your enquiry. It does not confirm an email notification, product availability, quotation, order or delivery date. The business reviews the submitted requirements and follows up using the contact details you provide.
